February was a great month at Lane Realty on Lake Sinclair. We had more than the typical amount of lookers for this time of year. I expect things will continue as the weather warms up. Today, March 1st we have two properties under contract and are in negotiations of an additional two offers. We also just listed a house yesterday that the listing agent is out showing right now. Business is great and as always it is a safe place to invest your money in real estate. Especially safe to invest in lake front property. My papa said... buy land, they aren't making any more of it.
